Google Meet Call Thursday (5/28) and New Training Cycle for XC

For those athletes that have been training through the Spring logging miles, it’s time to take a break. I would like you to take 7 to 10 days off – the time I call “Active Rest”. Feel free to stay active with cross training activities such as biking, weight training, swimming, etc. We will start a new training cycle in early June for the Cross Country season. I will provide a summer training schedule soon with more information to follow.

Also, we will be having a Google Meet call this Thursday (5/28) to go over some XC items and I will announce the award winners from this past season. I will email the link and call information today so make sure to check your email.
