WCS will be running in the Joe O’Neill Invitational on Friday, 10/18 at Bellevue State Park. This is the only race during the season when all Delaware high schools will come together to compete (both Division I and Division II). This will be a highly competitive race under great weather conditions on a flat and fast course! There will be PRs set tomorrow. Stay hydrated, rest up, and eat a healthy and light lunch on Friday.

Also, if you have a Wilmington Christian Sports jacket, you are required to wear it for the trip to Bellevue State Park. Also, in addition to your uniform, please wear WCS red, black, and white shirts/sweatshirts as layers. I want us to look like a team!

Also, be aware there is a lot of construction going on around the Carr Road/Marsh Road intersection. The I-95 interchange is closed and last time I was there you couldn’t make a left turn onto Carr Road from Marsh Road. Best route to the park is to come down Silverside Road and make a right turn onto Carr Road.
